- Our program provides you with the clerical, administrative and computer skills to pursue a wide range of career opportunities as an office assistant, receptionist, virtual assistant, data entry clerk, office clerk and more.
- Our program prepares you to maintain and update files and records, answer and redirect calls, sort and distribute incoming mail, greet guests, organize travel, arrange and confirm appointments and much more.
- You will also learn to perform key clerical tasks, such as planning client meetings, managing calendars, updating records, and using Microsoft Office applications to prepare spreadsheets, correspondence and presentations.
