Get Certified And Become More Employable

The clinical component of our Primary Care Paramedic Program is regulated by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC). Our curriculum follows the guidelines of the Primary Care Paramedic’s scope of practice and prepares you to take the AEMCA examination offered by MOHLTC. Becoming certified shows that you meet the MOHLTC’s professional standards, which employers look for. Gaining this certification shows you are capable and competent, and it can open employment opportunities to you.

Train Using a Fully Equipped Ambulance

The fully outfitted ambulance will provide you with the chance to learn in facilities that are similar to what you will encounter when you enter the working work. Training with actual equipment means you will already have bridged any potential knowledge gap when you pursue work as a Paramedic. You’ll be familiar with the equipment and procedures, and that confidence will be apparent to your employer, coworkers, and patients.
